FAQ

Applying for a job is very easy, in just a few clicks. Look here, for a suitable job, click the 'apply' button at the bottom, upload your CV and send. The full application procedure can be found here.

We recruit a wide range of profiles: from starters with no experience to experts, both in support functions (such as finance, communication, marketing, HR,...) and in insurance technical positions (underwriters, fclaims handlers, product managers,...) You can find all our job categories here. We also apply a very strict Grow within a diverse communitydiversity and inclusion policy. This means that everyone is welcome at AXA, regardless of age, gender, ethnic origin, disability or sexual preference.

At AXA, we use pay scales, depending on the job level and associated expected competencies. This means that we pursue a very transparent wage policy. Your gross salary is supplemented with nice extra-legal benefits such as a cafeteria plan, a discretionary bonus system based on performance, a lump sum allowance for working from home, meal and eco vouchers and of course a lot of insurance benefits. Don't forget all the other benefits: 35 or 36 days of holiday (depending on your position), a comprehensive homeworking policy, the possibility of teleworking for up to 10 days from another EU country, intervention in holiday camps, an additional contribution to child benefit, etc.

Encouraging internal mobility is part of our culture. With us, the possibilities for horizontal or vertical growth are very numerous. By the way, did you know that 50% of our vacancies are filled through internal mobility?

We are very committed to Learning & Development. In addition to the on-the-job training you will receive from your manager and colleagues, you will also be able to brush up on your competencies in our AXA Academy. There you can find a very wide range of on-site or digital training courses for the development of more technical or rather behavioral competencies. And what about the AXA Climate Academy, the climate training that is not only given to all AXA employees, but also to brokers and high school or college students?

We have a warm, informal corporate culture, 'Be Yourself' describes our dress code (in other words: we don't have one :-)) and cooperation is extremely important. Our four values are Customer First, Courage, Integrity and One AXA.

Yes! We have a very thorough working from home policy. Depending on your department and your position, and after unemployment, you can work from home up to 3 days a week. In addition, we also offer great flexibility in terms of working hours - although this also depends on your position.

The first day is always an onboarding day at the office, together with all other starters. You will get a tour of the building, get to know AXA in a playful way, and you will receive your PC and all other practical explanations to ensure that your employment runs smoothly. The following days/weeks you will be taken under the wing of your manager and/or colleagues who will train you in your position. This takes place at the office. Once you are well trained, you can also start working from home.

There is no such thing as a perfect CV, but we would like to give you some tips: Don't make your CV too long (max. 1 to 2 pages) and don't forget to mention your education, experiences and competences. A profile photo is allowed, but is certainly not an obligation. Just make sure your photo looks professional (so no photo on the beach or at a party, no matter how much we like that :-)). Also include your contact details and proofread for typos and spelling errors before submitting your application.
