Are you still studying but are you motivated to put your theoretical knowledge into practice?
Then take a look at the wide range of internships at AXA Belgium! Together we look for the ideal match based on your interests and talents.
During your internship, you will not only get an insight into the business world and how you can apply your knowledge at AXA, but you will also get to know our unique company culture. And who knows, you might become one of our permanent colleagues after your internship.
Do you have a master's degree and a maximum of two years of experience? Then this program is made for you.
In two years' time, you will get to know AXA inside and out. You will have two challenging missions of one year each, in which you can fully use and develop your talents.
We support you with a solid training program and an introduction to the world of insurance. Afterwards, you will be ready to take on an important role, as a people manager, project manager or expert.
Do you have a maximum of two years of experience and do you want to be part of the new generation of technical or functional leaders at AXA? This program will give you the knowledge, skills, and guidance you need to accelerate your career.
You will not only develop your technical skills, but also your soft skills. For example, you can grow into a business analyst, cloud engineer or much more. At AXA, you get the chance to be #BeYourself. You will have the opportunity to use your talents and use your academic knowledge. You work in a team, but also independently, with a certain degree of autonomy.
Yes, that is possible. When there is a match between the company and the intern, AXA Belgium offers full-time positions (fixed-term or permanent). There are also other junior opportunities, such as the Management Traineeship & IT Graduates Program.
AXA Belgium has a fairly flexible teleworking policy, up to 2 days a week. For interns, the number of teleworking days is agreed with the internship supervisor and the school.
AXA Belgium recruits junior profiles throughout the year. The selection procedure for young graduate programmes generally starts in September and/or February, and the same applies to internships.
That's right, we are organizing Discovery Week in October 2025 to meet junior profiles and students looking for an internship.
