Keynotes

Kimberly Hermans Kimberly Hermans is Director of AI & Data Science at Sopra Steria Belgium. She helps public and private organisations realise tangible business impact through digital transformation. With over a decade of experience in AI strategy and implementation, data science, and program management, she has successfully led complex initiatives, coordinated and shaped projects and supported her expert team at companies like Nike, Telenet, Lantis, KBC, UCB and so on.

Kimberly is valued for her no-nonsense, impact-first approach and her ability to bridge the gap between business goals and AI capabilities, always staying pragmatic. She is often asked to speak or brainstorm about topics such as responsible and scalable AI, building sustainable AI roadmaps or to talk about spearheaded projects like the meemoo initiative, applying facial recognition to millions of archived images in Flanders.
Alain Peirens 
Alain Peirens is head of Business Transformation Office and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at AXA Belgium. After several missions in Consulting and being self-employed architect, he joined AXA in 2003. He is our CTO since 2012. Together with his team he is responsible for the shape and design of our business transformations while defining the technology and enterprise architecture strategy of AXA Belgium.


Known for his leadership in business and technology transformations, he is also chairman of AXA Group business and IT architecture. He also serves as Board member of Liantis and holds a master degree in Applied Economics at Ghent University.

Dragan Conic
Within service excellence, my team and I support three key initiatives: Service reliability engineering, IT service continuity management, and recently, engineering excellence.
I lead efforts to enhance service performance, ensure ongoing operational resilience, and foster engineering best practices across teams.
Virginie Brants
I am a product lead within the IT teams managing projects regarding Inbound, Storage and Records activities.
I oversee product development strategy while guiding and supporting my team to achieve their best performance and growth
Stanislas Verwilghen
I oversee the development of a new application for underwriting non-live insurance contracts.
As a product manager, I focus on managing the product, coordinating the project, and supporting the multidisciplinary team’s collaboration and progress.
