Participating in the Graduate Night during AXA's Discovery Week was an extraordinary experience. This event was perfectly organized, professional, and inspiring for me as a student. On the one hand, I discovered the unknown side of an insurance company such as AXA through a series of fascinating and interesting presentations (silent disco). On the other hand, I had the opportunity to meet many talented, experienced and committed people who shared valuable stories, provided useful career advice and shared insights about working at AXA. Attending this event gave me a clear and authentic picture of AXA's culture and values, which played an important role in my decision to work here. Thanks to my participation in the Graduate Night, I have made a meaningful choice for my professional future... a choice I am 😊 proud of today

Before the Graduate Night, I had actually secretly applied for the Management Traineeship, but curious as I am, I decided to give it a try. It was an evening full of surprises: I spoke to people from all corners of the company, from young talents to management, just from person to person in a very relaxed atmosphere. I also got to know the trainees who were already working at AXA, with whom I immediately clicked. This was something that was very important to me, because in the end, the people are the best reflection of the company. Moreover, the silent disco was an original way to discover the many facets of AXA, and I was amazed by the number of initiatives and projects that exist there. And to be honest: the delicious buffet was the icing on the cake 😉. This evening confirmed to me even more that I wanted to start my career at AXA.

I got to know AXA during the Actuary Night. This event has really marked a turning point in my professional career. Through conversations with the managers and actuaries of different teams, I have come to understand the variety of tasks, the skills needed and the crucial importance of innovation within our society. I was particularly impressed by the enthusiasm of the employees, their willingness to talk and their desire to pass on their expertise. This evening showed me concretely how AXA values its talents and creates an environment in which everyone can grow. This has sparked my interest in being part of a company that is dynamic, inclusive and future-oriented at the same time.

Internship Fair

Are you a student in a bachelor's or master's program and looking for an internship in February 2026? Apply for one of our many internships and participate in the AXA Belgium Internship Fair if you are selected after the video interview.

This event is the ideal opportunity to discover more about life as an intern with us. Take advantage of this friendly meeting and the presence of several mentors from the field that interests you, to ask all your questions and discover the expectations and challenges offered within their team! Will you be selected during the Internship Fair? Then you may have a chance to work as an intern at AXA Belgium.

Do you want to gain experience in the field at a leading insurance company? Join our actuaries on a one-year paid internship by applying below!

Learn from experts in the field and build up a solid, valuable experience in this sector. During our Actuary Night event, you will get to know different teams and managers with open positions. Find out more about their day-to-day work and the projects they work on. Exchange ideas with the current trainee actuaries and ask them your questions during the walking dinner.
